The 4, 5 and 6mm bits have 1/4" shanks and will fit virtually any router. They're particularly convenient in small routers with plunge bases. There are lots of ways to guide the router to cut the mortise. You can build a single-purpose jig yourself, use a pair of router edge guides or simplify your life with Woodpeckers new Mortising Jig.

The larger 8, 10 and 12mm bits have 1/2" shanks, requiring a mid-size or larger router. The 12mm bit had a 50.5mm depth of cut, making it perfect for the 100mm length Dominos. 

The Solid Carbide Metric Spiral Router Bits are available individually or you can save some money by buying sets. The five-piece set matches all the sizes cut by the Domino DF-500.
