When you need to rip thick, dense material the Ultra-Shear 20-Tooth Thick Stock Rip Blade belongs on your table saw. While it might seem backwards to want fewer teeth when you need to cut more material, it's all in the tooth and gullet geometry. The deeply curved gullets clear huge amounts of shavings out of the kerf, preventing friction and burning. The flat-top grind tooth configuration minimizes resistance, even when feeding the stock aggressively. The 20-Tooth Thick Stock Rip Blade is available in your choice of full kerf (.125") or thin kerf (.094").

The Ultra-Shear 10" 20-Tooth Thick Stock Rip Table Saw Blade is designed for table saw rip cuts in thick, dense material. This table saw blade uses fewer teeth with tooth and gullet geometry suited to cutting more material. The deeply curved gullets clear shavings out of the kerf to help reduce friction and burning, while the flat-top grind tooth configuration minimizes resistance during feeding. The blade is sold in two versions: .125" full kerf and .094" thin kerf. Both are 10" diameter, 20-tooth blades with a 5/8" arbor.

Ultra-Shear carbide-tipped saw blades use American-made steel saw plates that are heat treated, tempered, tensioned, and smithed, with carbide teeth brazed and ground for table saw cutting.
