Woodpeckers Protractor T-Square:  Smooth Performance on Both Square and Angled Layout

While the Protractor T-Square excels at angled layout, it’s just as effective when everything is straight and square. Striking lines parallel to an edge with the scribing guides couldn’t be easier. Just drop the point of a mechanical pencil in the dimension you want and slide the head along the edge of your stock. The 1mm diameter scribing guides are on 1/16" centers with additional 1/4" holes on 1" centers for laying out shelf pin positions. 

Using the laser-engraved scale to mark or check a dimension further reinforces your confidence. The 30° bevel on the edges gets the scale right down next to your material, eliminating parallax error. The bright white engraving contrasts sharply with the red anodized surface, showing up clearly even in poor lighting. The head of the T-Square aligns the zero-point of the scale precisely on the edge of your material, so your dimensions are always right on the money. 

Setting an angle couldn’t be easier. Two locking knobs on the back of the head lock and release the head. Just adjust the scale to the angle you want, lock it in and strike your line. The laser-engraved angle scale is sharp and crisp. The indicator is carefully calibrated at the factory but can be easily re-calibrated if ever needed. 

Each Protractor T-Square includes a wall-mountable Rack-It. When you finish your project, just hang your T-Square in the Rack-It. It will be right in plain sight and always ready for the next project.
