Multi-Function Router Base Extension Rods

Woodpeckers Multi-Function Router Base Extension Rods are optional rods for expanding the reach of the Multi-Function Router Base extension base.  Each pair adds 12 inches of reach, allowing the edge guide to be positioned farther from the router bit when the cut is more than 8 inches from the stock edge. With the extension base, the trammel pin can also be positioned farther from the bit for routing larger arcs and circles. These rods are extension rods only. They are not guide rods, and they cannot be used to mount a router to the router base. Guide rods and extension rods serve different functions and are not interchangeable.
