The Trusty-Cook Soft-Face 2.5lb Dead Blow Hammer is designed for controlled striking without the rebound and surface damage associated with a conventional steel hammer. Its dead-blow action, balanced swing, and contoured grip support comfortable use during project assembly, machine setup, material positioning, joint adjustment, and other demanding shop work.
The hammer has a hot-cast urethane body made with Trusty-Cook's proprietary formula and is hand cast in the United States. The soft face is suited to finished and machined surfaces where a steel hammer could leave marks.
